Are dogs allowed?

Only clearly identified guide dogs are allowed.

Can I bring my own glass?

Of course you can! You can also buy the official Festival glass online or at the event.

* Glasses larger than 20 oz (500mL) are not allowed on site, as this is a tasting event.
* We no longer provide plastic glasses for tasting.
* If you are bringing your little ones, remember to bring a glass and/or reusable water bottle for the kids too.

Do I have tastings included with my ticket?

No tastings are included with your admission ticket. Sales are made directly with the exhibitors, since all revenues go to them.

*Exception only for the Premium Package where included tastings are served in the Espace Premium.

Where can I pick up my official glass purchased online?

At the festival! All glasses will be handed out at the entrance to the site.

I bought a 1-day ticket, do I have to choose in advance which day I will come?

The 1-day ticket can be used on the day of your choice. No need to choose in advance!

How much does a tasting cost?

Prices for tastings are set by the exhibitors and vary according to the product, starting at $2. The tasting format is 4 ounces. The maximum quantity allowed for alcoholic beverages is 8 ounces.

What are the payment options for the tastings?

All transactions are carried out in cash or by card on site. A few ATMs will be at your disposal, but we advise you to bring cash before you arrive.

Can I bring my own meal?

Out of respect for the exhibitors who rent space for you to discover their products, it is forbidden to bring food or drinks onto the site. You may, however, bring a reusable water bottle and refill it free of charge on site.

* Baby food is allowed.

Are children allowed on the site?

You bet! Children can enjoy several free activities at the Espace Famille Ville de Chambly, including face painting, entertainment and inflatable games!
* Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
* L'Espace Famille is a play area, not a daycare center. Parents must remain with their children at all times.
* If you are bringing your little ones, remember to bring a glass and/or reusable water bottle for the kids too.

Are there any special corporate rates?

What happens if it rains?

All activities will continue unless bad weather threatens the safety of festival-goers and exhibitors. Bring your umbrella and put on your cutest rain boots!

* No refunds will be issued for weather-related safety interruptions.

What should I do if a lose something on the site?

No need to panic! All lost items will be returned to 1999 Bourgogne Avenue at the end of the day. You will be able to return to this address the next day.

Is there a shuttle service available to get me there?

Absolutely! We have several shuttles available during the 4 days of the festival!

Regulations

What are the festival regulations?
  • To avoid overflow and facilitate exit, no visitor will be able to purchase a ticket for the day after 7:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and after 5:30 p.m. on Mondays;
  • To avoid any overflow and facilitate the exit of festival-goers, no visitor will be allowed to return to the site after 8 p.m. from Friday to Sunday and after 6 p.m. on Monday;
  • To avoid overflow and facilitate exit, no visitor will be able to purchase a ticket for the day after 7:30 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and after 5:30 p.m. on Mondays;
  • In accordance with the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act and provincial, territorial and municipal cannabis legislation, the festival site is entirely non-smoking;
  • Camping equipment (easy-up tents and folding chairs) is not permitted on the site;
  • Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times;
  • Animals are not allowed on site, with the exception of officially certified guide dogs;
  • The Festival is an event of discovery and tasting, and consuming in moderation is encouraged on site. Any intoxicated person will be accompanied to the exit and will be taken care of by our escort services or by the authorities if necessary;
  • It is forbidden to bring in any outside food, beverages or alcoholic beverages, with the exception of reusable water bottles and baby food;
  • No glassware with a capacity of more than 500 ml (20 oz.) will be accepted. The Bières et Saveurs pitcher and horns that appear to contain more than 20 ounces of liquid will therefore not be permitted on the site;
  • Comply with current health regulations in connection with Covid-19 ;

* As a private event with strict security procedures, security guards have the right to search your bag to check its contents. Non-regulation items (weapons, illegal drugs, alcohol, glasses, prohibited food or beverages, dangerous objects of any kind) will be confiscated and handed over to the authorities for disposal (weapons, illegal drugs, alcohol, dangerous objects) or donated to local charities in the case of non-regulation items (food, glasses, non-alcoholic beverages) that can be used safely;

What is the privacy policy?

PRIVACY AND PRIVACY POLICYThis Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") sets out the practices of Concept B, organizer of the Bières et Saveurs de Chambly Festival (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") with respect to the collection, use or disclosure of personal information in connection with the use of the online services offered on its BIERESETSAVEURS.COM website. The BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site is operated and hosted in Richelieu, Province of Quebec, Canada. If you are a visitor from abroad and you provide information about yourself, you agree that your personal information will be transferred to and hosted in Quebec and protected in accordance with the laws applicable in that province.

A-PERSONAL INFORMATIONThe Company collects personal information about a user of the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM online services only on a voluntary basis. Personal information may include: your name, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, sms, credit card number, etc. This personally identifiable information is not collected by the company. This personally identifiable information is only collected when it is voluntarily submitted by a user, on a product purchase form or during e-mail correspondence. For example, to have access to the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM newsletter, the user must fill out a form to become a member of this newsletter by providing certain information, such as e-mail address. Once this profile has been completed, the Company may ask you for other information related to the services offered. For example, if you purchase products on the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM TICKET site, we will ask you for information about your credit card, your personal address and other information enabling us to transfer ownership of the products purchased on the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM TICKET site to you and to comply with the laws and regulations governing the sale of products on the Internet.
B- PURPOSE OF COLLECTIONThe purpose of collecting information is to identify you when you browse the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site, to satisfy your requests for services and to provide you with certain personalized services or commercial offers that correspond to your needs.

C-DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
It is the Company's policy not to disclose any personal information about users of the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site to third parties, the information transmitted being available only to the Company or its affiliated companies, as the case may be. Also, the Company will not disclose, sell or rent to any other third party or organization, for commercial prospecting purposes, any personal information that you may provide on this site without your prior permission. It is possible that the Company may make the personal information of its Members available to reputable companies or companies related to the services offered on the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site whose products and services may be of interest to you. You will be able to indicate your acceptance or refusal of such communication when you are notified of a possible communication to a particular third party. If you refuse, you will not be able to receive and benefit from offers from this third party. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the event of a court order, including the issuance of a subpoena or search warrant.
The Company reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary in good faith i) to comply with any legal requirement or legal process, ii) to enforce the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site User Agreement, or iii) to protect the rights of its other members. The Company also allows only limited access to your personal information and only to employees of certain departments (e.g. finance, organizer) who need to know it to facilitate your transactions or respond to correspondence you may send us in the course of using the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site.

D- USE OF COOKIESThe Company uses cookie technology to help members navigate the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site more quickly. When you use our site, we download a cookie to your computer. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a Web site and stored on your computer's hard drive or temporarily in its memory. This technology enables faster browsing and a generally more positive experience when searching for the information you want. You can disable cookies by deactivating this function in your browser.

E- INFORMATION COLLECTEDOur web servers collect tracking and general information about your visit to our site. We collect statistics to determine anonymous browsing patterns, the number of visitors per day to our site, daily requests for a particular file, types of browsers used by users, users' domain names and countries of origin. This data helps us to personalize our website to better meet your online needs.

F- STORAGE AND SECURITYAll personal information you provide to the Company is stored on our secure, restricted-access servers. By voluntarily providing us with your personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of your personal data on our servers located in Richelieu, Province of Quebec, Canada. The Company takes reasonable technical measures to ensure a secure environment and to protect user data. However, given the nature of the Internet as a public network, the user acknowledges and accepts that the security of Internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed. Consequently, the Company cannot guarantee, and assumes no responsibility for, any breach of confidentiality, hacking, virus, loss or alteration of user data transmitted over the Internet or hosted on the Company's systems.

G- USER RESPONSIBILITIES If you associate your name with your access code, people to whom you reveal your name will be able to identify you and your activities on our Web site. The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the accidental or unintentional disclosure of personal information revealed by the user. You may not use the communication tools offered on the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM site to transmit spam or any other content that would violate the site's User Agreement. You are not authorized to divulge your information to anyone, which must remain confidential. If you decide to share it with others, you will be responsible for any actions taken under your account. If you believe that your information has been compromised in any way, you must notify the Company immediately. You agree to keep your personal information up to date if it changes or becomes irrelevant. At all times, the user assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage caused to The Company or third parties resulting from any activity generated even in the event of loss of confidentiality or unauthorized use.

H- CONSERVATIONAt your request or in the event of termination of your subscription, we will close your account and destroy your personal information. Notwithstanding the closure of your account, we reserve the right to retain, for an indefinite period of time, within the limits provided by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, certain personal information in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees owed, resolve a claim or certain other related issues, cooperate in an investigation, enforce the Site Use Agreement, and for any other purpose permitted by law. At the end of this period, file data will be destroyed or removed from the Company's system, with the exception of anonymous statistical data, which the Company may retain, at its discretion, for as long as it wishes.

We therefore recommend that you carefully read the privacy statements appearing on these sites so that you can make an informed decision as to whether or not you wish to use these sites in light of their privacy practices.

K-MODIFICATION

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at its discretion, however, any changes to this statement will be made in accordance with applicable Quebec privacy laws. The Company will make any changes to this Privacy Policy available on the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM Web site at least thirty (30) days prior to their effective date. The Company will also notify the Newsletter Member, by e-mail, at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of a change to this User Agreement. The notice sent by the Company will state the new clause or amendment to a provision, as well as its previous version and effective date. The notice will state the Newsletter Member's right to terminate the agreement without charge, penalty or termination indemnity, by sending written notice to the Company by e-mail, no later than thirty (30) days following the effective date of the change, if such change results in an increase in the Member's obligation or a reduction in the Company's obligation. In the event that the user does not accept the modifications or is dissatisfied with any decision or policy taken by the Company in the operation of the BIERESETSAVEURS.COM web site, your sole recourse is to terminate your subscription to the newsletter by unsubscribing and ceasing to use the services of the site, without reimbursement of any kind or liability of the Company to you or any third party resulting from your use and/or termination of the services of the BIERESETSAVEURS.
