- Promote local and sustainable production
- Give preference to Quebec-based and regional suppliers when purchasing products
- Prioritize exhibitors offering products grown or processed in Quebec
- Donate surplus food to partner organizations in line with our mission
- Donate empty cans collected during the event to partner organizations
- Encourage the use of public transportation by providing information on available routes and collaborating with our partners
- Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through sustainable transportation solutions
